Byggnet Project gives project participants the possibility to easily insert, search for and download documents from the project. The project is well-arranged and you have organization and clarity for all of your documents. You always have name and contact information for the project members, you know which documents are the latest and you know who has done what and when.
With Byggnet’s Viewer you can look at all types of drawings and documents. All of this without the need to install a specific program on to your computer.
Of course you can also order paper copies for selected documents, both to yourself and to other project members.
Byggnet Quote and Tender (Q&T) is a service for handling the basic data of a Request for Quote (RFQ) and its distribution. Often it is a time-consuming, manual process to compile and distribute the basic data for a private or public purchase as well as frequent distributions of addendums. All of the steps involved are easy and smooth in the Q&T service.
First you select the drawings and other documents that will be included in the RFQ basic data. Then you specify information about, among other things, the type of purchase and tender time. You can select the receiver from Byggnet’s extensive register which contains 1,000 categorised suppliers and from your own address book. You also select how the receiver gets their basic data – as digital files or paper copies.
Byggnet Archive offers a service to actively support archive administration. The meaning behind this tool is to make it easy to find, retrieve and distribute documents during an administrative period, not just for storage of the information.
Based on the basic data you deliver, we help you build up a logical, digital drawing archive which is accessible 24 hours a day. If you have drawings only as paper copies, we scan them in. We even help integrate your Archive with the company intranet. We do this by providing a map that has all your real estate locations indicated on it. You click on a location on the map to get the documents for that building or construction.
Much of the functionality and layout found in the service Project is also found in Archive. That way it is easy, for example, to have tenant change requests, renovations and rebuilds changed over from Archive to Project and back again.
Byggnet Questions and Answers (Q&A) is an add-on service in Byggnet Project. Q&A is used in a Byggnet project to handle questions between, for example, consultants and administrators during the planning phase and between the construction site and the project leader during the production phase.
